This little creature came to life during a random chat between a few friends and me—we were all geeking out over our love for fantasy and dragon stories, and that sparked the idea. This Sea Baby Dragon actually has a sibling from the Firelands, which I shared in another post.

My friend created the concept art, and I brought it to life in 3D. I sculpted the fine details in ZBrush, did the retopology by hand in Maya, and textured it using Substance Painter and Photoshop. Final render was done in Marmoset Toolbag.
